I was born and raised in Puebla, Mexico. I have always been adventurous, and have a passion for traveling to different continents and experiencing different cultures. I graduated from college with a degree in International Relationships. I also found an interest in aviation, which ultimately brought me to the United States in 1998 to complete my commercial pilot’s license.
After I had my son Hunter, and daughter Tiffany, I realized motherhood brought a wonderful and unexpected personal discovery: teaching! Parenting my children is a great joy, and I am thrilled with the challenge of creating ways to teach them.
My mother was a teacher who believed in play learning. Wanting to follow in her footsteps, I gradually found my way to Waldorf Education.
In 2008, I entered in Waldorf teacher training. Through it, I have grown in many ways, especially with the exceptional focus on self-development that it demands. In addition, I have been given the opportunity to approach the classroom in a holistic way.
